The Rose Garden Neighborhood Association's Full (Neighborhood-wide) Annual Meeting covers a full agenda of relevant topics to our West End neighborhood, including a recap of some of the activities completed, projects currently underway, updates on our association web site and great upcoming events. Jim Harbaugh is our guest speaker and will give us an overview of the hockey arena project in center city Allentown.
